My company recently upgraded our aging phne fleet with the sanyo mm 7500s. The only thing done to the phones was to import the company phone books.

Afetr about 3-5 days of service the phone will NOT ring for anyone in the phone book. All other calls from ANY number not stored in rings through on any tone, setting or volume.

Seems we are going to send themall back if this can not be fixed. Ilike the phone and am trying to get it fixed.

Any ideas?
