Sanyo 3100 ringtones

Hi everyone ... totally new to this so please be gentle with me!! I would like to know the file format for the Sanyo 3100 ringtones as I'd like to create/download my own. We have an EXTREMELY limited choice here in NZ and they're pretty crappy at that. Would also appreciate any feedback on best software for making conversions compatible with the 3100. Thanks
