I just purchased and returned a product (data suite - mobile action) that includes a usb cable and software to allow me download/upload to PC from my Katana phone. Problem was it was carrier specific, (Sprint) and this wasn't mentioned in the ads/info for the product. As my carrier is Qwest, I couldn't get the software to recogize my phone. Has anyone had a similar experience? I think I'm dead in the water unless there's a driver out there that will work with Qwest. The phone's not a problem as there are 2 or 3 others similar product that are compatable with the Katana as well as drivers like BitPim. Thanks in advance for any info you may have on this.
