S66 Customization

I have the S66 and I have a nice ding on my cover. I want to buy a new faceplate for it but Im worried that I might break the phone trying to take the old one off. Has anyone tried to customize this phone? is it easy or hard.
does the case snap off or screw off

did u try bringing it back to the manufacturer? although i know cosmetic damage is not under the phone's warranty. but if you're worried that it might broke the phone or somethin maybe you should go directly to the customer care center maybe they could help you more. and at least you're sure that if you will replace the old face plate you will get the genuine new face plate
