The European Parliament passed the complete abolition of roaming charges within the EU. It's part of a broader package of changes proposed by the European Commission, which will harmonize telecommunications services market in the EU. Under the new regulations, a provider of Web will no longer be able to block and slow down some services.

Forbidden will also block content on the Internet, and permission will be granted to operators in a coordinated manner across the Union. The amendments are expected to enter into force in mid-December of next year.
