Cant buy attachment download option

I have enough cash... but when i click the link, all i get is a blank vbulletin message..... can someone help?

Is there a different section to ask a question? or does anyone know the answer to this?

If it helps, ive tested from two different computers with different ip's.

Try it now.... (attachment access usergroup wasn't checked John.... duh on us, eh?)

Nope.. still not working....


Again tried on two computers... just blank under vbulletin.

Maybe this has something to do with it... it's not acknowledging my username... it calls me bbuserinfo or something....

And this is what i see next.

I also get the same problem. (I have enough money)...I know that happens when you haven't bought the attachment access.

when I actually try to buy the attachment option it will say "You do not have enough points for this".

anyone still looking at this?

Hi nigel, yes we are looking into it for you. This is something the admins are going to have to work on, I don't have access to the admin control panel, but please be patient and we will let you know as soon as we can tell you something. Our site recently went through a software upgrade, and there are a few minor kinks to work out. Thanks for bearing with us while we investigate.

For now I have set it so all registered users can download attachments. I plan on swapping in a new store system once the server transfer is complete.
