    Capture a Screenshot:

    1. Go to the screen you want to make a screenshot of
    2. Press and hold the “Power” button until a prompt window pops-up
    3. Tap “[+]” to capture a screenshot

    NOTE*: Another method of capturing screenshots is by pressing and holding the “Power” and “Volume down” buttons at the same time. Once the screen flashes indicating the screenshot has been captured, release the keys.

    NOTE**: To view your screenshots, drag the “Status” bar down and tap the screenshot in the preview. You can also view your screenshots by launching the “Album” app.

    Record Your Screen:

    NOTE: You can use Sony’s built-in Record feature to capture videos of what’s happening on your phone’s screen. This can be used to create quick tutorials or to record videos while playing games etc.

    LEGEND:

    1. Minimize / resume the record screen window
    2. Record the screen
    3. Record the screen with the front camera active
    4. Go to screen recording settings
    5. Close the screen recording window

    To Capture Your Screen:

    1. Press and hold the “Power” button until the prompt window appears
    2. Tap the “Minimize / resume” button
    3. From the screen recording window, tap “Record”
    4. To stop recording, tap “Record” again

    To Record Your Screen While the Front Camera is Active:

    1. Follow the steps above to open the recording window
    2. Tap the third button depicting a human figure. This will open a picture-in-picture window showing the viewfinder for the front camera
    3. Tap the “Record” button to start / stop recording

    Viewing Your Recordings:

    • You can either swipe down the “Status” bar and tap a recent recording to view it, or:
    • You can open the “Album” application to access all of your recordings
