Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

Block Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: the conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notifications will be turned off for archived items.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” and go to “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select an existing contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding” and select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
