Just letting you guys know that I have found out that sprint employees will get your pics account info and log in and look at your "personal" pics that have been sent to or from you.

Re: Beware sprint pcs employees
unfortunately I know of a kid that used to do this. He worked at Radio Shack and had access that way. So not only can Sprint Employees look at these, but employees of 3rd party dealers can as well. So if you're sending scandalous things and your bf/gf works at RS look out!!!

Re: Beware sprint pcs employees
That's considered a violation of privacy and if you have proof you could report it to the FBI. Look at Obama and Verizon...

99% of the time your content is protected.
It isn't something most carriers allow normal employees to have access to. I know at Verizon Wireless they have just made it to where normal employees do not have access to online MyVerizon account or voicemail passwords.
AT&T has also taken a small step in improving security by requiring a voicemail password when calling your voicemail from your cell phone. It use to be that when you called your voicemail from your cell phone, it was an auto login.
Sprint PCS isn't rated so high...people dislike them...GREATLY.
I can assure you that something like this is a 1 and a million chance it will ever happen again.
Also, if the Original Poster heard this from a rumor or something...then it is most likely not true that this ever happened.

Re: Beware sprint pcs employees
This is true the fact that the csr has the capability and access to the picture mail account. But before the agent access any part of the picture mail or sprint mobile sync, the agent is required by law to have the customer agree to allow the csr to view the material in question. Most of the times to avoid or actually all the time for me, I would just resend the password to their phone and they (customer) would have the pass and I would not, simple as that. For the most part agents do not have the time to be looking at customers pics, which the call center reps have a restricted or limited version of your pic mail. They use a pic mail tool which only provides your pic mail address the pass is asterisked out (a button to send the pass to the customer), a button to test to see if the pic mail is working, it will also show how many bad logon attempts you have and if your pic mail account is locked which may be unlocked using the tool.

Just take a photo of you with a gun and a sign that says, "I KNOW YOU'RE THERE!". That should scare the crap out of them.

I concur. It's not just sprint employees but other employees do it as well. That's just humans nature.
