So its my 16 year old niece birthday an all she wanted was the EVO 3d..... I told her not to buy it off craigs list an of course she does anyway for 150.... well of course there is still an account on it an guy is not responding to her.....is there anything she can do to get it released or is she screwed? Really sucks because I am struggling to raise her as it is on my own an she never askes for anything...... for someone to do this to her and the fact I can not even afford to buy her anything else for her birthday really PISSES ME OFF! HELP PLEASE
