Need a copy of a Sprint Bill via PDF

I am looking for someone who would be willing to email me a pdf of their monthly Sprint Bill. I use a prepaid service that doesn't provide a statement, but I can turn a statement in for reimbursement at work. I will change the identifying information on the bill (Name, Phone Number, Address etc). If someone is willing to help, let me know. Thanks.

Note that I only need the first page...not the entire bill with the detailed calling log etc.

If you purchase a prepaid refill card, would showing your receipt work? If you log on to your provider's website you might be able to screenshot something that shows how much your plan costs and when you paid last. It might not be a statement, but maybe they will accept it.
