My phone is a net10 huawei h891l. just got it activated a week ago. the phone will make outgoing calls and send and receive text messages but won't receive incoming calls. I have been on the phone with customer service doing all the code entry, restarting phone, and all that nonsense. The thing is when i do the code entry my phone allways says connection issue or improper MMI code, but in the 10 seconds or so after the code message goes away my phone goes out of 4Glte and shows E (EDGE) service. During this time i can receive calls. Also i notice the phone is switching to E to make outgoing calls also. So my question is, Is this the phone having this problem or a problem on the cell tower side?
