can i get this stuff off?

ok i just switched my i wireless sim card into my t mobile phone and i was wondering is there anyway i can get the t mobile start screen and the t zomes icon off my X495?

Hey after a little while of looking into this for you, i was basically told that you cannot remove the start up screen unless you have the programming codes. It has to do with "codes" that were entered into the phone when you purchased it. Unless you know someone who works for the company to help you remove the features, then your basically stuck with them. I mean, its not so bad.. it only stays there while you are starting up, all phones do that.. but after a few seconds, it disappears..

As far as the Tzones Icon, which i am assuming is on your menu, unfortunatly, i cant find an answer and no one i have asked, knows the answer to this. I dont think i am understanding your question correctly though, am i?? If not, can you specifically tell me where the icon is so i can find out properly for you..
