Have you tried the old "best of three" trick? It was more than one
person who said it wasn't just businesses though some have said that CS
    has said that at first.

"My T-mobile" is in treacle mode at present, its bloody awful at the
best of times and I thought Orange was bad. Also looks like they've
FU'ed my bill with some bogus charge for the second time in a row too...

There's a 'Web and Walk Professional' product on the Web and Walk page
on the main website (not in My T-Mobile). It's £19.99 inc. VAT as far
as I can tell, but it is for a mobile data card for a laptop - not as
an add-on for a normal handset? Still cheaper than the other networks
offerings for similar products though (2GB compared to about 65-70MB).

Yes I know all about that... I posted a link to it ages ago.

There is also supposed to be an add on at £8.50 + VAT and several people
have managed to get it added by calling CS.

Others however have been told it is "businesses only". A couple of
T-mobile staff who've seen the briefing documents says that's just plain
    not true.

I don't know why it isn't on "My T-mobile" yet, there is a link to the
web'n'walk consumer version which I've added.

    Steve.

the £8.50 +VAT pro version is only found in the business part as far as I
can see :-(. If anyone can find proof I can get it I'll be grateful - lol!
