    Hi,

I heard that Orange have been offering a free wind-up mobile phone charger
    with different attachments.

Does anyone know if this is still the case?

    Thanks
    C

I'm not the OP, but a little Googling brought up
    http://www1.orange.co.uk/safety/chargers.html

I'm guessing from that page ("have given away" with no mention of current
availability) that this offer may have expired.

Yeah it was the case. Very long time ago. I got a few from filling in an
online form and another couple from walking into the Orange shops and asking
for them. Kept one and gave the rest to friends who were very chuffed.
Definitely a good freebie. Could try asking in Orange shops - they might
have a few floating about gathering dust. Goodluck.

We were doing this in the two Orange shops in Belfast, but it was 2-3
years ago. It was in co-ordination with a newspaper over here, and was
given on redemption of a voucher from the paper..

Haven't seen one in years now though.

Might be something that they used to do at events or festivals etc, but
    certainly not in general retail.

I remember the free 2-pin travel adapters we gave shedloads of away, but
never wind-ups. I've been with Orange for nearly 5 years now, must have
    been a regional thing.
