I called Orange small business on 345 one evening, but was surprised to
find that they were closed! It's now 8am-8pm Mon to Sat, closed Sunday
and bank holidays, as of 1st Nov.

Personal customers (inc pay and go) now get longer CS hours then
business and are open some days where small business isn't.

I keep thinking, can things really get any worse at Orange? But now
it's more what's next...
