    I was extremely impressed with Nominet's response last time I advised
    them that a registrant was abusing their non-disclosure policy. They
    gave the registrant one days' notice (!) to cease trading through the
    domain's website, failing which they'd publish his address.

    Sure enough, 24 hours later, the address was published.
