New orange sim

Hi

I bought my dad a new phone for Christmas. I had to buy a £10 top up too, I
would assume this is on the Orange Sim card that came with the phone as
there was no voucher. Well my dad had a Orange Sim card that he wanted to
keep so he can use the same number. Is it possible to basically get the £10
credit from the new sim card onto his old sim card?

Registered the old phone, went to upgrade my phone, typed in the new sim
card number but it said it can't be done online and to call them, tried the
number but it didn't exist! Maybe because its too late, will try again
tomorrow.

Tell your dad to ring 08000790006 and register his new phone, mentioning
that he is already an orange customer. Then your dads old number and
remaining credit will be moved to the new SIM card and combined with
your £10, and everyone is happy.
