Had a look at my latest Orange bill today and notice there is a charge for
£2.553 for a 'game'. Now I don't download rubbish like games so how can I
prove to Orange that I didn't download the game.

I am going to ring them in the morning, not open at the moment. I was
wondering whether anyone else has had a similar problem and did they get any
success in getting the money refunded. I know it isn't very much but why
should I give them over £3 (incl VAT) for something I didn't buy?

You can't prove a negative, they will probably have a logfile showing
when your phone downloaded the app, it is possible you did it by
accidentally pressing keys when the phone was unlocked and in your pocket.

Hopefully they'll be reasonable about it.

I hope so too. I have the time and date from the itemised bill viewed on
line so will see what they say tomorrow.
