    your phone should have 3G or GPRS... or you can connect to wifi if it has wifi connectivity

    OK，thank you for your reply , it's a 3G phone, sometimes I tried to download ,but it shows " Download failure",and my phone had connected GPRS successfully, so I'm don't know why can't I do it yet

    Check you data settings on the phone, then your internet settings, pull the battery, backup then hard reset your phone is nessessary. Basic steps to use for all technical issues like this!
