Korea gets the Dell Venue

The Dell Venue, which is also known by the name, Dell Thunder, was officially announced in South Korea. The handset is an Android smartphone that comes equipped with Android 2.2 Froyo, in hopes that Gingerbread will soon follow.

The Dell Venue has a 4.1 inch display that is a WVGA AMOLED Gorilla Glass. KT plans on launching the Dell Venue sometime this month at a price of 700,000 KRW, about $610 in US funds.

Availability of the Dell Venue has not been mentioned in other markets as of yet.
