Antiguo SIM en el nuevo teléfono 3G

I plugged an old (2004?) blue AT&T SIM card (8931-0380-....) into my
Samsung SGH-i617 y trabajo de llamadas de voz!
(ambos teléfonos están bloqueados para AT & T)
El servicio anterior (mMode) es un plan familiar, costos menos (considerando 2
líneas de servicio) y tiene ilimitado mensajes de texto, que no

ships with a SIM card already installed, and they will not sell the

Technically speaking, you might not be able to make use of 3G services
with a non-3G SIM.

I'd be surprised if that card will do 3G. 3G authentication requires

You could maybe determine this if your Blackjack has a 3G-only

The old SIM doesn't support 3G. Whether or not it will fall back to
EDGE would probably depend on the hardware.

Si compra el teléfono en una tienda de AT & T, seguramente lo harán
check his SIM and as a matter of course "give" him a new one along with
a new service plan contract. They will probably refuse to sell a 3G
phone without a 3G SIM.

Traspasado mi teléfono por un día con un amigo a ver si me ha gustado su teléfono.
He does not have any data package on his phone. His sim had the 3G logo on
it.

My non-3G phone has a sim chip in it that says 3G on it also. I bought

estandarizar en un artículo de inventario único.

La empresa que trabajo para hace un cierto tipo de juego eléctrico--que hacemos
la misma cosa. Independientemente de las características específicas del cliente quiere,
tendemos a construir sólo un tipo de elemento y está configurado durante
instalar. Así tenemos menos oferta de la cadena de problemas por tener demasiados
piezas que son de todo tipo de la misma. En lugar de comprar un par mil
de la parte A, un par de miles de parte B, etc., hemos diseñado una sola pieza
que hace la función de la parte a y B, etc. y sólo uno de stock
parte. Y obtenemos un gran descuento de nuestro proveedor mediante la compra de decenas de
miles de la pieza única.

yes, even all 2.5G iphones have a 3G sim card installed.

I am trying to keep the cheaper AT&T plan with unlimited text
messaging, but use the BlackJack2 phone's PDA features and have
unlimited internet access.
3G speed is not critical to me when I am mobile.
I am more concerned about battery life when I am mobile.
(I have been playing with bandsel.exe on my BlackJack2 to try to shut
off 3G, with no success)

My guess is AT&T will not allow me to add any new service feature to
the (very) old plan, and coerce me to move to a new plan.

It only wasted trees if the people I e-mailed it to printed it. When it
left my hands, it was still only a set of Microsoft Word documents.
Entirely recyclable electrons. But it was still a pain to write.
Something like 20 pages of explaining how we ended up sending a
corrupted file to a regulator.

I'm still brain dead from the experience.
