Unactivated Teléfono de Criquet nuevo

Acabo de comprar un nuevo teléfono de Cricket y prepago 1 mes de servicio. Por el momento que tengo el teléfono mi antiguo proveedor había ofrecido suficientes incentivos para convencerme de permanecer con ellos.

No activar el teléfono con el Cricket. Por su política de vuelta, un mes de servicio que prepago no es reembolsable. Además hay una cuota de $25 para devolver el teléfono.

¿Qué pasa si sólo mantener el teléfono, no activarlo y venderlo más adelante (no desbloqueado) - ¿puedo hacerlo?
