    The Droid Eris has been removed from Verizon's site, and appeared on a closeout list this weekend. Verizon definitely wants to give more attention to the newer and up and coming Droid phones like the Incredible (also appeared on the closeout list, though this may be because the screen is going from AMOLED to LCD), Droid X, and Droid 2.
