LG1400 correo de voz

Cuándo tengo ningún voicemail, el voicemail la barra todavía aparece en la pantalla así como el voicemail icono en el derecho superior. Cualquiera sabe cómo para conseguir esto para parar apareciendo cuándo hay no voicemails? Tomé la batería fuera y puesto lo atrás, pero aquello no trabajó. LindaD

Puede especificas qué modelo de teléfono y proveedor de servicio estás utilizando, i no podría leer vuestra mente...

Eres seguro tú no tiene cualquiera salvó mensajes bien?

Tomar la batería fuera de vuestra espera de teléfono aproximadamente 30 segundos y re-instalar la batería y decir si elimina el icono de mensaje..

Ningún salvó mensajes. Tomé la batería fuera y puesto lo atrás en, todavía muestra allí ha voicemail.

u Quieto prolly haber voicemail, tengo que teléfono también. Justo tienes que hacer seguro ningún salvado.

Tiene cualquiera visto u oído de problemas con el LG4015 y notificación de correo de la Voz.

Específicamente consiguiendo un incorrect @count de correo de la voz de 255 mensajes nuevos cuándo 1 mensaje nuevo de hecho entra?

He visto esto encima tres ocasiones diferentes encima tres diferentes LG4015 teléfonos y puede no bastante figura fuera por qué.

Cualquier ayuda o las sugerencias serían mucho apreció.

Voice Mail reset doesn't help. I was thinking that maybe a certain software version could be causing the problems. I have not been able to dupliacte the issue on all LG phones just a handful. 3 to be exact.

I think the software version in the LG4015 is reading the messaging from the SMSC incorrectly and data filling the MWI count as 255 for some reason, but I haven't been able to confirm the version of the affected phones.

the next step would be to reflash the phone with the software, most don't go through those steps they just ask for a new phone when there's a software issue.
