Hi, all:

I'm going to be traveling to Macedonia in May, and again to Germany in December. I'd prefer to buy one SIM card that could reasonably be used in both trips, but I'm not sure if that's possible or even the best way to go. Since Macedonia isn't part of the EU, I believe there are no caps on the roaming charges that the EU countries have.

Any advice?
