Changes to contract renewal

Hello,

Just wanted to let you know that as of yesterday customers will be able to renew 150 days (5 months) before the end of their agreement AND the renewal date will no longer be the actual date of purchase of the new phone. The Renewal will be effective at the end of the current one.

example: end of agreement is september 1st 2006. If U call in today and u order the razr with the renewal offer the new agreement will start from september 1st 2006 until 2008.

I thought it has always been this way? If u renew early for a deal ( provided they let u ) it resets...
