A 2$ increase in the happy hour results in a $0.10 increase per "week day" (providing that the month had 20 "week days" in it). Although I don't need the happy hour with my plan, I really believe that $0.35 per "week day" (again, providing that the month had 20 "week days") is very cheap for such hot hours (5-7). I know alot of people who would use up tons of their plans minutes or fall into overage with that great option.
