now they say i dont get the 50 bonus because it starts in nov 8,2006 --and i signed up on sept 13, 2006

I told em that it says nothing on my agreement and nothing on the website about the promotion starting after nov 8

how can i get em to fix it?

now he's trying to say that im an existing customer today and im not signing up for a new account so i dont get the 50 additional mins

First he says, i dont get it since the promotion was available after nov 8--He couldnt show me this info

Now, he's saying as of today you arent a new customer as of today so im not entitled to it
