r520 dissasembly, anyone know?

I have two 520's one with a shot front casing, one with dead electronics
(long story, don't ask), I would like to make one good one. Anyone got
the front cover off one of these withput killing it?

I have an official E/// document called "working instruction,
mechanical". 20 pages, disassembly, reassembly, replacement - mechanical
parts...

PDF format, 2Mb, with photos ;-)

Also another one, 18 pages called "trouble shooting guide, mechanical"
if you want.

I can forward these docs where you want...
