    Two questions:

    1. I just ordered an R520m. I know it's an older phone, but it's similar
to my trusty T28 world phone, without the flip. The T28 displays 32
languages. Just wondering if the R520m does also.

    2. What's the difference between the R520 and the R520m?

    Thanks.

As far as I can tell, none.

Depends on the firmware variant you get: a dozen of different language
packs exist. Usually 3 to 6 different languages you can choose from.

I used to own the phone. I thought that they were one and the same thing.
Maybe wrong but totally first class phone which still stands the test of
time. No gimmicks, just a really solid business phone.

Thanks. But how would I get a language pack? I see a lot of cables for
sale that say they let you unlock phones and let you change language packs,
but I don't see anyone actually selling language pack software. Any idea
how I could obtain a language pack to install?

First try to get the firmware update from a Sony Ericsson official
    support center.

If you cannot do it this way, you can purchase a Terminator dongle and
    visit http://www.cellular-support.com
