Does anyone have a link to a website which provides instructions on how
to remove the existing case and replace it with a new one? I recently
bought a new case and expected some instructions on how to make the
switch. No such luck and nothing on their website. I've done some
google searches and found nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

I just used these instructions to replace my case & screen and they were
quite helpful. The top part of the back casing requires a bit of brute force
though. The only major trouble I had was connecting the ribbon cable for the
screen. A mention of how the fiddly connector works wouldn't go amiss.
Still, what used to be a tatty silver t610 with a totally smashed screen is
now a brand new-looking red (you can only buy them in silver here) one, so
I'm happy.

It does seem to be very tight on certain phones, and the older the phone,
generally the easier it is to remove.

I really didn't want to get into the screen changing bit with the T610 due
to the "fiddly-arse" nature of actually doing it. I always seem to break
(or lose) the plastic clip whenever I have to change a screen.
