In that case you can't turn it off. There might be some sort of hack,
but otherwise you'll have to put up with it Im afraid.

The whole point of the click is that old pervs can't secretly take pictures.
The click is to let other people know you have taken a picture.

I think most of use managed to work that one all by ourselves. You missed
out young pervs. Anyhow, all men are potential rapists, sex offenders,
    murderers etc.

As an aside, so many phones have cameras now they can hardly be thought as a
cunning disguise. This was firmware dependant on the K700 anyhow. At least
my K750 kills the sound in silent mode along with the focus bleep! So I
normally keep mine off silent mode where the shutter sound doesn't wake the
dead anyhow. I prefer to take pervy pics on my Olympus, despite the K750's
results being fair when one screws one eyes up. Camera phones have a long
way to go before they take out the bottom end of the digicam market when it
    comes to quality.

You're really out of topic, the talk and discussion is all about the K700I camera shutter, not about the Digital Camera.
The best things you can do is you have no idea to go about the camera shutter, be silent. No offend please.
