T39M O2 GPRS and E Mail setting help please

I have a T39m which I want to use on O2 PAYG . I would like to know
what setting I need to put in the phone to get my GPRS/GSM settings
working and also my E mail settings if possible please

i would also like to know how to remove the WAP vodafone settings that
show up in Options , there 2 of them there and I have tried a factory
reset but they remained

forget the WAP GPRS stuff, I was a bit fast there and didn't find it
on the O2 site, I always find finding info on that site difficult.
Still would like help with my E mail though please
