I downloaded the P800 modem script from Ericsson website, activated both the
PC and P800 infra-red connection, detected the infra-red modem, update the
modem driver, and yet when I tried to dial using the modem, it always failed
(prompting that the port is already opened or the modem is not configured
correctly).

I am using Win XP Home Edition SP1.

I have no problem of using Nokia 6610 modem, using my same notebook.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you..
