Hi,
I know my phone is not the T68i but is it a T68m?
How would I know?
Is it as simple as it says on the case?
Is it a firmware version?
Regards
Andy.

To the best of my knowledge, the T68m only refers to the older, Ericsson
phone. The T68i is the updated phone released by Sony_Ericsson.
There may be differences between different examples of each, but on the
two I have in front of me, the markings are as follows:
T68m:
Labelled on the sticker in the battery compartment as T68m
Labelled on the front of the case as Ericsson T68
T68i
Labelled on the sticker in the battery compartment as T68i
Labelled on the front of the case as Sony Ericsson, no model marking.
There will be differences in firmware also.

like mms, also the t68m has a dark grey or gold casing, the T68i has a
silver and blue (but you can get T68i's with grey casing but like mentioned
above the t68i wont have the model no. on it).
http://www.telefonino.net/news/images/6207_01.jpg if you want you can
upgrade the firmware on your phone making it a T68i (just not a guanine
one).
hope this helps

easiest way to spot the difference is the ear piece, sorta oblong for
the 68i (unless of course the case has been changed too.
