    hey,
    when i switch my t68i off it looses the data accounts set up for wap and
    internet,
    does any1 know why this happens? The phone just came back from the repair
    centre where they replaced the side slide button

    Try doing a full reset remembering to keep a record of everything you need
    on the phone.

    Mine used to do that. Apparently it was a "customisation" of the software
    for CPW to force you to use their WAP service (it overwrote anything you
    tried to instlall if you switched off). I had the software upreved and it
    fixed it.

    It was nothing to do with CPW, it was a bug in one of the "R2" firmware
    revisions (I had one on Orange that did exactly the same thing, the phone
    had never been near CPW). Get an SE service centre to flash it to the latest
    firmware to fix it.

    i reset pmy phone and the menus turned german! (phone from cpw)
    should i call cpw and tell them to take it in for repair? or what shall i
    do?

    Assuming you are speaking of the T68i (as mentioned in the subject),
    typing < 8 8 8 8 > ("<" and ">" being left and right movement of
    menu bar/joystick) should set the menu language to "automatic"
    (= language of the SIM); typing < 0 0 0 0 > (four noughts, not
    the letter "O") sets it to English.
