I am trying to setup a GPRS connection on my IPAQ with a T68i.

The phone's WAP works fine, however, when I setup the IPAQ, it either says "GPRS parameters not supported" or the connection 'seems' successful but no web pages pop up, etc. After the disconnect the phone reports that 4 or 5 K of data has been sent while
    0 bytes have been received.

I can't figure this one out at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have GPRS enabled from your carrier?

Can you describe how you setup the Ipaq to connect to the phone. I was able
to do this with an Ipaq 1945 at my local Staples the other day. Once I set
the proper number (*99#) to dial my GPRS connection web pages came up just
    fine, although a bit slow.

Are you using the Bluetooth Manager to setup an Internet Connection using a
    Cell Phone?

Use de Data accounts created on the phone.

    *99***CID#

CID appears in the data definition in the phone menu.

Verify the APN is correctly *****ed under data comm.

phone up your service provider e.g orange, Vodafone ect and ask them to
activate your GPRS account, they should give you instructions from there
    onwards.
    Hope this helps
