Help my P800 doesn't sync at all

I'm trying to sync my P800 with Lotus Organizer 6.0 on Win XP,
although everything seems to work fine none of the data is ever
transferred across to Lotus Organizer. The system never reports any
errors so I'm sure I must be missing something really obvious. I think
I've entered the sync stations settings properly and the backup
software works without a problem. I get the same problem if I attempt
to sync with the Windows Address book so I don't think it has got
anything to do with Lotus Organizer.

If anybody has got any ideas I'd be very grateful.

Scrub that, it was my firewall causing the problem.
