I just got the Phone (T68i) and a cable. Where can i find / download the
software to unlock it?

Buy your phones unlocked, pay your service providers charge for them to send
the code, or find someone who'll offer to do it illegitimately for cheaper
than your SP of which many such people/businesses trawl these groups...
