P900 - Best UK Price

Hi all,

Ok, so who (in the UK) has seen a great price on the P900? If you have seen
a good price please let me know as I'm interested; it seems to have all the
features that the P800 lacks and I want.

If you want the P900 then surely you have more than £500 notes at the ready
and are willing to spend them? If so wherever you see one buy it there won't
be much competition right now.

as it's an auction and is clearly being shipped from overseas, I would guess
you have taxes to pay in addition to this. The cheapest I have seen a Z600
for is around £320.

The eBay link is interesting the auction says that you have to be pre
approved to bid so I emailed him yesterday and he is not willing to sell
less than 5 but the price isnt bad at 1500 euros for them - but is it a rip
off and do I smell a rat?

Let me guess........ The seller is in eastern Europe or Asia and only
accepts payment by Western Union? If that's the case, stay clear - if you
can actually collect them, then go for it, but remember that if a deal seems
too good to be true, it invariably is.

I always email ebay whenever I see dodgy listings like that. I remember
everyone do the same, stop the scammers.

As for the best P900 price. mobilefun.co.uk is selling a contract free one
for approx 520 quid inc vat. I have bought a few cables and headset off them
previously and they seem ok.

I'm on a smaller contract than that (but have been with them for years)
and managed to bang them down to under 200 without trying too hard.
(£200 is a lot less than I would pay in a year on 70 a month compared to
my current contract)

Still think I'll hang on 'til after xmas when the price should have come
down and they may have fixed the prob of incompatibility with some bt
carkits e.g. BMW

I was after the T610, but then you see the T616 on "coming soon"

Had a look today on SE.com and there's the P908 ! !?!

oops. I meant to say T630 rather than the US T616.
