Isnt it usually your carrier that supplies that service??
The phone just receives the info from them.

It used to work on my T100?

I ask because I had the same problem, and I was going to ring Orange but
didn't get around to it. Then, the problem seemed to disappear. So I'd say
it was possibly a network problem.
