V600 Communication Error copying to phone

I get a communication error copying files to the phone via Bluetooth. The
file is only small, about 50k. I can copy files from it without a problem,
even if I copy a file from it, I am unable to copy the same file back again.

Just an additional update, I have tested it with various file sizes and
small files transfer fine, larger files fail.
It seems to be files larger than 5,985 bytes in size that fail.
