I have a tracfone Motorola V60i phone (Altell is the carrier in my
area) and would like to know if I can download ring tones to it or
with software program it (maybe there is a code to do this?) but need
help finding the tools and guides needed, please assist. many thanks!

The manual explains how to enter ring tones. It is done manually...by hand.
There are a few web sites that show what songs can be played by entering
which keystrokes. Search for v60i ring tones.
