Greetings,
Is there a way via e-mail or bluetooth, to import ringtones to
my Mot. V551 without being charged the rip-off fee? I think I saw an
internet review stating some way of doing this.

I used to use a Belkin USB Bluetooth adapter to transfer mp3's from my
computer to my V600 before i upgraded to a RAZR.
I would imagine the V551 will work similarly with it.
Here's a link for the one i am using, although you can probably find similar
products cheaper. The included software seemed easy enough to use.
