    Yes, it is possible. It should be as simple as using "mobile Phone Tools"
    software from Motorola (BVRP software). Unfortunately, Verizon has had
    your phone crippled without telling you. The good news is that it's not
    too hard to fix. Use the following link for a walk through of how to do
    it;

    You'll find that you'll be able to upload/download pictures, take any MP3
    file and put it into your phone to use as a ringtone, add functions that
    Verizon had disabled, and even get rid of the Verizon banner and replace it
    with the date.
