I have problems installing Motorola Razr v3 on my vista laptop, with
bluetooth and mini-usb.

Have you tried obtaining updated Vista friendly drivers from Micro$oft?
Personally, I am biased towards XP - the devil I know rather then Vista
- the devil I don't know.
