I have downloaded the Windows Mobile 6.1 update file & I know how to
do the update on my Q9c. My problem is backing up my phone beforehand
because the update essentially does a Master Reset wiping out
everything.
I've backed up my contact list to Oulook.
But, I really don't want to lose all my customizations, ring tones,
personalized settings, etc. Is there anyway to backup these items?
