Is anybody else having a problem logging onto the Nextel website? To view or
pay your bill? I've been trying since this morning and timing out on my 11th
hop into Atlanta. I talked to customer service and they eventually said, "Oh
the website is down. Try tomorrow." I really need a copy of my bill now.
I've been trying to log onto this website for at least a week and can't seem
to get a solution. Is anybody else having problems? What's the deal?

I was having this similiar issue just recently...but now it opens fine
but when I go to current useage to see how many minutes left it opens my
account with "0" as the account number so I have to click go to master
account then view again...its wierd and just started few days ago ...its
    consistent now

What operating systems at work/home, what web browser at home/work? what
speed connections to the internet home/work, what times of day/night for
home/work? Many variables...I would guess its Nextel's site just sucks
    but ... ;-)

As it turns out, my router is blocking access to the "My Nextel" portion
of the site. I plugged directly in to the DSL gateway, bypassing the
router, and was able to get in. Will check my settings comparatively
    between work and home.

    Hi Mike!
I finally figured it out. I have a Linksys router so I finally went to their
website and found that for a "https" website, I have to go into my router
settings and enable MTU. For the Linksys router you go to Advanced options,
Filters, and at the bottom of that page for MTU - enable and set to 1400.
    Hope this helps!
And by the way, once I did that, I couldn't get my e-mail from my VPN site
at work. I have to disable MTU for that. I don't understand all this but
    it's working now!

Probably a firmware issue -- The older ones have some data corruption
issues too, I'd highly recommend upgrading.

have the customer care rep email or fax a copy to you. As long as they
don't mail it, they shouldn't charge you anything for the copy.
