Well sure you could try. But I don't know if you'd get an i95 since it's
discontinued... I think either way you'd be paying some sort of fee, they
wouldn't just be sending you a brand new phone that's higher then yours.

Guess the only thing to do is try. <g>

    Didn't want "free"
Wondered what happened since they don't make the i90c anymore what it would
    be replaced with? A refurb?

Same thing with the i95cl. When mine reached the end of its life span the
only choices I had were: (1) send it in to be repaired and be w/o a phone
for 4 to 5 days, then get either the same one back or a refurbished one, (2)
try to get a replacement from Nextel, which would mean another refurb (or
try to find a local service center that could do the trade if they had one),
or (3) get a new phone, which I did (i730).

Now, since the deductible here in FL for the i730, i90c and i95cl has gone
up to $100 per claim, I cancelled the insurance I had since it was
worthless, given that I can always find another phone to replace a damaged
one for either a few $$ more or the same, if not lower, cost.

    I don't know about you, but I got a new i730 and sent back (1) i90-$75, (1)
    i60-$45, and (1) i30sx-$10 and got a $130 invoice Credit in between my 1st
and 2nd bill afterwards. It pays to send them back.....I think the website
    is www.nextelbuyback.com or www.nextel.com/buyback . Your Welcome
